Een manager fiscaal adviesbureau geeft leiding aan een fiscaal-adviesbureau. Onderzoekt belastingopgaven van opdrachtgevers (particulieren en ondernemers) en geeft belastingadviezen. Voorbeelden van werkzaamheden: instrueert, begeleidt en beoordeelt uitvoerend personeel, voert berekeningen uit, beoordeelt welke gevolgen plannen van opdrachtgevers hebben voor de belasting, stelt belastingrapporten op die als basis dienen voor belastingaangiften, geeft fiscale adviezen, bewaakt kosten en leest vakliteratuur.
